Alex is one of the founders of and one of the current driving forces behind Room 101 internet radio station in Cork. He kindly allowed me to record an interview with him in the Room 101 studio based in the Camden palace. We discussed how the station came about, his connection with Camden palace as well as his involvement in playing heavy music in his band Sebek. Enjoy

An adopted daughter of Cork, born in Texas USA, Laura is an avid Yoga practitioner as well as a trained yoga instructor. She trained both here in Cork as well as in India and now teaches in Ballinlough, Cork, under her own company name, Blue Sky Yoga. Without doubt, one of my favourite guests so far. Laura discusses what attracted her to Yoga, the benefits of it's practice for both mental and physical health and where Yoga now sits in our social consciousness. Enjoy.
